This website is operated by Bilingua. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bilingua. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & USAGE LICENSE

By purchasing any of Our Stories (including Video content and PDF materials), you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the content for educational and private purposes.

• Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of Our Stories for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Bilingua.

• Access: Upon purchase, you will receive immediate digital access to the stories. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for delivery.

3. REFUND POLICY (Digital Sales)

All sales of our digital stories and materials are final. Once a digital link or file has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued. If you experience technical issues, please contact info@bilingualibr.com.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Service, including but not limited to character designs, scripts, animations, and PDF layouts within Our Stories, is the exclusive property of Bilingua and is protected by international copyright laws.
